On Star Legends, they had experienced players apply to receive a badge, which signifies them as support players. They don't get any powers, they are more of an official "Junior Admin". They only gave about seven people this position.

I think something similar to this would be a great idea. If they could get a few people to dedicate some time to answering questions, and helping people out in situations that don't require any powers, It could save PR's from a lot of spam.

Just have a board of these people somewhere, so they can be contacted VIA Personal Message. They wouldn't take the job of a PR away, but only make it easier for them by using their knowledge, and allowing people who have problems that need powers, to get to a PR easier.

Oh, and the fact it requires no powers, means they can do it all on mobile. (obviously)
