This is a Furniture item were u can place it anywere in your house or guild house and the house should have snow on the roof and it should have a chimey, but on the house there should be christmas lights and a door and 2 windows. you would be able to walk in the house and it should be a small little room inside were u can store things or place the chimey item. also this should be big enought to have a few friends inside of that house
