Just make the leaderboard reset seasonally like the spar streak and archery record. That way being number 1 is actually competed for but your total hours still show on your guild just not total leaderboard.now guilds will have an incentive to get #1 and that way hats wouldn't be the main objective if you have to add a hat prize. Then it should go to the guild who's #1 & #2 for the season. that way, only 8 hats go out a year and they preserve their prestige as a guild hat.

So you're saying they should reset the guilds hours? Or keep hours but reset the total counting? Seems stupid for guilds such as CoM who worked their asses off to get 13000 hours, and are retired. VG, CxE, CJ, etc?
