If the enemy team surrenders in a ranked game, do the winners get less LP than they would get if they had destroyed the nexus regularly?

nope, surrendering does not effect LP gains.
just had a fkn awesome game as Lee Sin, went 12/0/16. He's so fun to make plays with.
