Most will move on and forget about you, however do not loose faith. There are good people out there who will believe in your gang.
5. Patience
Be patient and let your less experienced members grow. Some people just need some time to get better weapons and skills.
Also, you will encounter many days where your gang seems hopeless. This is normal. As long as you keep your goal in mind you should be fine.

I agree with 5 especially. Check Gabe R. from Ebizou no purosu. He used to be in my gang PiRelate, given we never got that great, but 13 hours is a lot for a three-man-group. Gabe was a player that Optimuswhat and I met at start. This applies to the "pick a spot" tactic, and he fell into that 1% that was there to the end. He eventually got a PBP and was a crucial, persistent, diligent member in our gang. Patience is a virtue.
