It should be easy to organize it once a year, sorry, no excuses, you and the rest of the staff blew it.
Maybe we just need better admins and better staff. Ones that are more worried about setting it up and running it properly and not actually competing in it. (Which goes back to alot of problems with admins in other aspects of the game)
