| I actually know plenty about these weapons. The problem is players cry when the cheapest weapon in the game becomes worse than a weapon that is 10 times it's price. Keeping things balanced is what we need on this game. Else we will wind up with items that cost a fortune on the game. As for hiring staff we choose staff (GP wise) that do not have an outrageous ban history. We not only check the iOS account, but the PC account as well. This is done for security reasons. The smaller updates we are releasing are simply because we are still trying to get actual Developers on the server. Developers that create the content instead of just give the ideas. As much as I would love to have things done immediately it is just not possible. Developers are not plentiful on Graal so finding qualified developers is not an easy task. We have slowly been working on things for the server and will continue to do so until these task are finished and we can release. As stated before though these things take time. Hiring somebody that PK's a lot is not going to increase development on the server. As stated many times we are doing what we can with who we have at the moment. Hopefully we will get more help in the future and we can start getting things finished at a faster pace, but until then we ask that you all be patient with things getting released. There are many things we are working on and I think you will all enjoy them once they are finished. |

For the "Idealist Admin" market, it is hard to sell, and even harder to buy. To hire somebody primarily based on their ideas and on-the-job experience you either hit the bullseye or miss the target, and too often is the latter the outcome. I believe Tashkin is investing his time on the implementing the levels, graphics, ideas, etc
already developed before hiring somebody whose primary contribution is to throw more at his already swamped team.
It is eternally valuable(and, because it is my specialty, necessary) to have a shot caller with years and years of experience in PKing, weapon balance, economic stabilization, and ideas to stimulate and attract players. It isn't easy to choose and hire somebody solely for these ideals. It isn't like showing a graphic, level, or script to prove your weight in salt. The posts and actions, both in game and on these forums, are what establish you as a "professional player".
Remember that feedbacks, criticism, and perspectives will be received whether you hire somebody to provide it or not. It is a huge gamble as management to give somebody power (in permission or title) for these offerings. If you're already eating a small fry, do you really need to buy a large fry this second?
