I think you guys need to take another perspective in choosing admins. Focus more on hiring admins that want and can make a difference in changing pvp to make it better. For an example, Graal Era has many admins that host events and watch for glitches and hackers. But there are also admin like Kane, kastro, KPandavi and more that have experienced pking and sparring and know ways to improve it. In Graal Zone all we have are GP who host random events and like releasing pets, dances and nonsense. Make zone more of pvp because I am seeing new pkers and sparrers everyday with very high potential. Maybe hire people like rotaruc, reos, or even meph or whileloop. Hiring admins like these have a better perspective on guns and how they work, pvp events that entertain people and etc. Zone would be very successful if you would hire admins who Spar and Pk and can improve pvp, and also hire people who can host events and be GP. I think this would really help out zone. Because people like veri apples, ADi, Tashkin, or even Stefan know nothing about nerfing guns or creating or developing ideas for pvp that would make this game even greater! Please consider this, quit focusing on pets and morphs and dances (veri apples) because pkers and sparrers are quiting because nobody is developing pvp ideas that will entertain us. So please, hire Graalians in zone who have a perpective on sparring and pking. Not just the people who afk and answer questions for noobs. You can even hire a group of sparrers and pkers who can come up with ideas which can benefit zone.
