He is fit for staff, the new applicants were hired from bias views from the people who are hiring them. The only thing I like from zone is the hiring system I wasnt hired cause im an ass and matt called me out on it he took time to watch me to see if I was mature enough for the team and yet I wasn't so what I am saying is if you like an applicant watch him for a week before you hire them. You can write anything on an application but you cant see everything you want to see.
