How would the Staff team know your not going to use it for Graal?

By trusting the players. UDID faker wasn´t made for Graal, it was also made for other apps. I think with Pauli´s app he uses it for you can get free Stuff (maybe from AppStore). When they UDID protected it he can just change it and get more stuff.
