Not a bad idea, but you can all ready buy furniture and set it up in a house layout that has water to practice bush races. If you wanted to you could probably set it up so that players have to use bombs to gain access to your bush race course and get them to "farm" for you a little bit and host races and give gralats as prizes. My guild leader has a nice coarse set up at his guild house that we all practice on.
