Either There isn't a post about it or I'm too lazy, but two things,
1. Do I need gold subscription to apply?
2. How do I get the tile set?

If you read carefully it says you will receive gealats as compensation for your work ethic, and if you log on Graal Kingdoms PC it'll download images and such to your PC.
