My mishap was when I tried to make liquid cheese. Even my dog wouldn't eat it, mayonaise, butter, cheese and pepper are gross.

Kind of hard, I have never successfully made cheese like you can buy in a jar or at the movie theaters. Usually the problem is it likes to solidify pretty fast. You can slow this down a little by putting in just a little butter and milk(and I mean a little).
