i like it but some problems
1. how can you filter voice chat?
2. this would make era really laggy
3.this would eliminate gang chat

1) You don't have to, just as you don't filter gang chat.
2) You have literally no idea how these things work. Graal used to have support for voice chatting in version 5.
3) No, it wouldn't. People aren't going to turn on their mic if they just want to send a message to somebody.
