Completely disagree. What you're suggesting will destroy the staff team. To deliver punishment on everyone who sent in a useless report will be a tedious and time consuming task.

I'm sorry, but I heard that if anyone were to abuse the report system they would be dealt with. I can't remember if it was an in-game broadcast, or on the forums.

Ya I know numerous people use the report system when unneeded, so I don't know how you'd get to solve that problem.
