That's called idling. As in, not actively playing the game. Tabbed into other windows, or away from my keyboard. If Graal is your social life, then do what you want.

Not idling because when skilled sparrers are actually in the arena you're switching rooms every minute but not sparring so you're not afk. And yeah we can spar, meet me in the iDevice room.
