I am very confused on this quest, im getting to it very late  ...
I went to the cave..then i went to MoD town...:/ lol i got that far |
-All I know so far is that it has something to do with the waterfall in MoD town.
And can only be done individually by your own character. But for all I know we all could be completely wrong.
