Don't forget that quite a few of us on the staff team have other methods of being contacted.

For me there is Facebook (Jatz Graal) and Email ([email protected]).

But in all honesty the easiest method to get help is to use Feedback/Reports. I Check them constantly (probably more often than i do my PM's). But Please only use Feedback/Reports as they were intended, (No Spam! ).
