I don't understand the options on the poll, a person is technically no longer considered a noob when they understand the game and can behave in a more professional manner.

My thoughts exactly! When they understand the game and can behave in a mind manner they are no longer a "noob" but noob is barely used for new player. It is more of an offensive term used by graalians.
