Lel, I've never played iZone before, and only knew one person on iZone (Because they were an ET with me on Era) yet I was hired.. So... Yeah, I can vouch for what this guy is saying.

I beg to differ, I was hired on iEra and I knew literally no one on the staff team on a personal level. You can still make it in without connections, it's just harder. That's how it works in real life when you start looking for jobs or promotions too, so get over it and get used to it.
