Well you should remember we can have up to 1800 players at one time and if we are lucky, 3 PRs may be on at the same time. Mix in several hundred pms saying "hi", "I have a question", "are you hiring", "do events", "do an auction", "i need your statue/doll" or "what will you be naming your firstborn child" then it is extremely difficult to respond to every pm. We are trying to do things with our official forum at era-go.com to answer these commonly asked questions and increase overall information sharing in hopes to cut down on these very repetitive pms that make it difficult for us to get to players with true issues. Also, depending on what you need, in some cases you should be emailing
[email protected] for issues such as account transfers or issues with staff. If you have a complaint with another player, use the report system. If you have feedback for improving the game, use feedback in the menu or post on our forum. I honestly am not trying to make excuses, just want to shed some light on why it may be difficult to get a response at times. In reality, if players used the right venues as I have noted, then it should not be as difficult to make contact with any PR member in game.
