I forgot about how some guilds have different "time zone" leads or recruit for time zone specific spots. I just find it annoying when players I would call rotational perms complain about being kicked. Just because your on everyday doesn't mean you should be a perm. Being active means being at the tower and helping not coming and going all day and helping out here and there or just being on for an hour or 2 each day.

The other problem is ppl running off every time the blob spawns or an event pops up leaving your defenses weekend,and not obeying the leads. I just wish ppl would announce that they are going to have to leave soon more often. That way you can recruit somebody to fill their spot ahead of time if need be.
