1.blinky hats-I am sure you know that ones I am talking about. The admin hat's that rapidly change color or look like they are blinking kinda. For my idea you would be able to submit one of the hat's you bought (for a modest fee of course)(10-15k). Then if the admins approve it they will change it to blinky and sending it back to you after a time period(24hours-1week).

The word blinky made me crack up lol...but anyway, they're called gif hats if they're animated. This idea is just kinda crazy... You pay gralats to have an already existing hat changed to be a gif? It just doesn't make sense really, and I doubt staff would have time to do that regardless.
