Just wanted some opinions on some ideas for guild changes

First and foremost I hear more and more complaining from ppl about not getting the milestone rewards. Bad mouthing and complaining about certain guild leaders and how they give out the reward hats/items. So I thought they could make some changes to fix this or at least change towering a bit.

1.guild leaders must lock in guild rosters around the milestones say when your within 100 hours of it.

2.More recruit spots,but less or no allies

3.Instead of having the joined guild date have the tower time the guild was at when the member joined or in addition to joined date have the amount of hours the player has been on the guilds tag. To help keep track of who has been in the guild and for how long. That way there could be a minimum time amount you would have to have in order to receive the guilds milestone reward.

4.when purchasing guilds have specialized guild types with differing benefits. players can only have one tag at a time.

A.open guild-can recruit and kick freely with no penalties or restrictions easiest for towering.

B.pro tower guild-once all 25 roster spots are filled the guild is locked and you cannot recruit new members. All members must have 200 hours or more. Open recruiting will be allowed 1 day a week to fill vacated spots if necessary. When a pro guild takes a tower all members online at the time get 100 gralats but only once day. Every 100 hours each member gets 1k gralats. 250 gralats per member for any guild that gets 25 hours or more in tower time per week.

C.Farm guild-bombs cost 10% less from venders,and your allowed to carry and additional 25 bombs. You cannot enter towers/reduce flag hp while in a farm guild.

D.Spar guild-limited to 15 members and no sub guilds,but guild leaders pick a rival guild and your members get 50 gralats each if you beat your rival guild in a spar match. 100 gralats every time your guild wins 10 spars against other guilds. 1k for 100 spar wins. you can't spar the same guild more than once per day. 1 gralat per 10 singles spar wins. spars against same guild members do not count towards this. Cannot take towers while in a spar guild.
