don't expect that they will refund it. The same thing happened to me last april 2013. I bought $10 gralats pack and no gralats went to my account but i received a receipt. I "FORWARDED" my receipt to Xor,stefan,snk,era@graalonline and guess what they always reply? "we cant do anything" pls send your receipt to this email blah blah blah. they just passing this issue to other admins. Xor even told me he cant do anything about this so i need to email it to stefan(
[email protected]) and stefan replied 2 weeks after for me to provide my Graal ID but after that he never replied and never gave me the gralats.
The only person who helped me is when i went to iTunes apple website and used their customer help. You just need to wait mostly 10 minutes for a crew to help you. They just went to my purchase history and saw that I made a purchase but the in game item(gralats) never went to my account so they refunded my $10 within 24 hours.
P.S Dont expect any help from those ignorant admins who are responsible for purchases because they will just think that you photoshoped/edited the receipt'
