Being someone who acted in a similar way many years ago, I understand the misleading concept of berating people with the intention of getting them to produce content as a response. Then again, I'd like to think that I was constructive in my criticisms, given that I actually explained my reasons and felt confident in what I wanted to see as a player. That doesn't happen much here, it is just "Classic is boring" and as an older player I shouldn't really expect any different. However, I personally view posts like that as 'littering in your own community' more than anything else.

As an individual you should be able to recognize that you are not going to get anything out of whining. I can guarantee that you would not provide a favorable response (in the way that you want the staff to) with the attitude that you give off. It doesn't take a genius to realize this either, given that the staff are players just like you. All you need is a little empathy and start treating others like you'd want to be treated yourself. I'd know, because I was able to get people to work before I was a member of the staff team just as much as I can now.
