Also agree with this. When a person creates a guild they're given the option to buy a guild house for X amount of gralats. This would be like an additional feature like the ally system. In order to have this feature you must have purchased the house pack in order to obtain it. The leader of the guild can give powers to people in the guild for those to have rights over the house and whenever a furniture item is removed it gets sent back to the original owner.
