So you're having issues getting head? I feel you man.
Open your Client RC by pressing F6. Then type in /open Graal######.
Once the new window pops up, go to the tab "Looks". Where it says head, type in the file name with extension and then click "Apply."

That's not the issue, If that were the case it would be a simple fix.. But heads uploaded to the appropriate folder aren't applying to my character in game. I've tried messing with the Folder Config but nothing. The standard heads work ((ex. head246)) with sethead, but my customs don't.
