I remember this guys lol! Earlier this week I was at custom refund building. He saw that I did not have the identify achievement so he went for it. He first asked me how I'm doing and such. Then he started to say he's quiting cause his mom died blah blah blah. I went along with it, reported him several times and I said specifically in the report to open up his pms history. Nothing was done so I just left..lol.
