last time I played I did not see the 360 degree shooting all I saw was it shooting at a weird angle and I would have to keep spamming and move my player. So my question is can I standing in one place shoot a complete 360 degrees?

If you don't get what I mean pretend you are surrounded by 360 ppl in a perfect circle and they all have 1 hp can I standing in one place kill them all just by making my finger circle the d-pad? That is my definition of 360 degree shooting.
