1k hats are a fantastic way to represent your guild and to reward a player for the thousand hours he gave to a guild.

What I don't lIke is when a guild and its members stop, and make a new guild. This is the "easier way" to 1k. I understand if a guild ends at 1k, but at least don't do it for the hat.
