What would stop people from going on a second/third/fourth account to keep trying to rank up? Considering most Graalians, sparrers in particular, already have several accounts, already.

Pretty basic IP-based restrictions. If someone felt the need to do this, it's not like they'd win the tournament anyway. I don't see it happening.
