So basically, we need something that can attract players to go out of an area.
I did an experiment: I said that rufus was giving hats out in MoD town. A few people went. Not much of a difference though.
When nexus is open, it lags. A lot. Why don't we have two nexuses, open at the same time in different areas? Halves the lag on a level, but contains the same content.

That won't work, because you're missing the point. New content will make players go check it out... and then they go back. They will always go back because their appeal is not content but idling. Either for hours, or to advertise whatever the hell they're advertising... they do so in Graal City. They always will, and players in most online games always clump into areas like that.
