@Talon, that's like saying Darius, Akali, or even Master Yi is easy. None of them are, because you can't just jump in expecting to get a pentakill, you gotta have your strategy and plans ready because if you're planning on winning, you wont by jumping in blindly.

Yes, all of those
champions are easy to play. Except maybe Akali, all of the champions you listed, Katarina included, have a very low skill ceiling and basic knowledge of the champion and general mechanics - waiting for CCs to be blown, timing cooldowns, etc - will suffice for you to use them effectively (interesting how they're all pubstompers). Timing CCs and cooldowns is a very basic (and easy) mechanic and don't make any of them hard by any means.

Just because she lacks skillshots and can end up being lucky does not mean she's easy. She's actually pretty tricky compared to someone like Ryze. At least Ryze doesn't really have to make any real decisions during a fight besides spamming spells off cd, Katarina needs to go in at the exact right time and pay close attention to multiple things or she will fail entirely.

Again, finding an opening in a teamfight is a mechanical skill, not a champion-inclusive skill.
