1: This would only create an incentive for someone to re-buy VIP, creating more money for graal.
2: I gave it the "window" look, because well... a mansion has a lot of windows, not to mention I couldn't even find the correct wall tile to match.
3: A guild house is a $5 one time purchase. If buying gralat packs, VIP is about $3 a month. This means that in order to maintain a mansion for a year, you would need to spend about $36, compared to a one time purchase of $5.

Exactly 2 much money to spend and the incentive for vip is already the vip item + colors + the island.
