Just a tip, bigger doesnt mean better. I find that I and a lot of other people like smaller rooms, because everybody just puts furniture along the edges, and the middle is a big empty space with just like a carpet. Just my opinion anyway.

Exactly. It also costs a lot of gralats just to make a guild house not look bare.
I'm not so sure about the idea of adding some kind of house for a VIP subscription, but I think the best way would be to add more design options for regular houses and guild houses.
