The first version of iZone and this one don't have anything to do with bodies..
And "most people hate those graphics" are either iPohne players or never tried to play with those bodies. And I believe you don't know any PC-Player who dislikes them, or atleast you couldn't name me ten.

It was controlled with the use of the iphones accelerometer. That's was something people didn't like. It was $5 and overall sucked.
