You know having a hat that represents your guild is a really great idea, but having this tones of list of guilds which I find annoying. I agree with Honey Badger, we all must loyal to one guild and if you don't like it you must leave to join another. It will be hard to change but this is getting one step closer to the future. It must be fixed.
It will make easier to take towers. So newby guilds can settle into the fights. Instead of asking people to join everyday.
