Hit Timer is alright, they added it to be aware of ties, I guess. If someone's lagging, it's not the hit timer's fault, it's the lag's fault.

No rofl, do you even know what the hit timer does?
Even on a non lagging person, for example, take a friend, choose a random 9dmg gun, and keep shooting at him, you'll see you'll need more then needed (should take 6 bullets only since 6x9=54 /players only have 50hp), but you'll see that you'll need way more then 6 bullets to kill him, the hit timer prevents you to deal another 9 dmg after you've already dealt 9 dmg to your opponent in x time.
Now if you get this, you'll surely understand that this *** update should be compltetly removed because: laggers naturally don't take damage because they lag, but now with the hit timer it makes them have 2 "ways" to avoid bullets, 1)their lag, say I'm shooting 10 bullets at him, back a year ago he'd take 9-18 damage max, now with the hit timer I'd have to use a very large clip gun (Sten:32 or Ab8:40) in order to get a single hit on him.
People like silentkiller abuse of this, they rush you, if you try to rush them, rofl, all of their bullets will hit you, but they'll lose what? 9 dmg lol?
I lost a 200man tourney because of those kids.
But that ain't the reason, the hit timer destroys just so many things..
Ruins guns clips, damage, everything, since NOT all of your bullets will deal damage.
