The whole guild system should be restructured to follow the seasonal system of the GST. Every 3 months, the guild with the most hours should be given the rights to give out hats to 20 members or something.

I agree with this, if a way to count how much time a player has spent at tower was implemented and the hat was given to the 20-25 members with the most time.
