When I saw Skarners top they were AP + Lich, Iceborne and tank. Scary. With jungle Fizz I build Ancient Golem and go damage from there.

Skarner's one of my favorite champions, but sadly, he's not in that good of a spot seeing as he's very blue reliant (era of counter-jungling) and outclassed by other junglers, Vi in particular. He's getting a rework soon, so I'm looking forward to that.
