First off I'm not trying to change towering or anything like that just guild structure a little bit.

I have played other mmorpg's that have guilds in them and I was thinking how they work on those games. If they could be altered a little bit and added into classic. Mostly I think it would be helpful if there was another type of lead position that could give rec powers. Kick powers should not just be handed out to any one. Your just asking for trouble if you do.

what I mean is like this:

• leader-has all powers and control of everything cannot be kicked,can change ranks of all members.
• co leads-have all normal powers-cannot kick leader can only be kicked or given co-lead rank by leader. May change ranks of lower level members
• Lt. co leads-can kick,rec,can change ranks of recruits,can give rec powers.
• Lts or "perms" have rec powers only cannot kick,change ranks,or give powers
