Add an option to make a little Pop Up that shows your Members when your Guildnews have been updated.

Similar to the Graal News Update, It would Pop up next to the Menu button or it could be put onto one of those 'you've been disconnected'-a-like windows where you can tap 'Okay' to dismiss it.

Putting a Pop Up would only be possible ONCE a day so Leaders wouldn't Spam on other People's screen. (not that I think about doing that

but i know some trolls who'd abuse it.)
