An email system is efficient because it is saved and we can save it for others to read later on. Like developers. In fact, many changes we make are based off of feedback that Stefan reads in the email... Feedback system on Graal disappears when we sign off. So it is not AS efficient but when we are online we read it. A lot of people get all upset because we don't respond to their feedback. Obviously many just want to talk to staff member. *sigh* Care to explain why the email system isn't efficient other than just saying I'm perfect and not providing a simple argument?
