One of the core reasons this game is so basic, yet unbalanced, is because there's such a low amount of relative HP and there are only 4 'viable' damage stats: 7, 8, 9, 10 and it basically makes every gun fundamentally similar with slight changes in sleep and freeze. I might even advocate a raise of HP to 500 to add a higher range for gun damage to better balance things out.
