I seriously don't know what I can do to get out of bronze. Got to bronze 4 and was in the series to get into bronze 3 when I hit a losing streak. Not only did I get several games with an afk, but I also got some people who intentionally fed and such. This has happened the past few days and now I'm back in bronze 5. This is pissing me off more and more!

What's your Summoner, just so I can look at ranked statistics? I felt the same way in S2, I was actually as far down at 800 elo (which would 0 points in Bronze V).
When you get in that deep, it is pretty hard. I've been through Bronze and Silver and honestly didn't see a huge change in player tendencies. Bronze V is a whole different animal, and so is Silver V. All the bottom-tier leagues are their own "hell" kind of, but if you put in enough games you will eventually get out. The thing is, if you have the "skill" of a Silver III player and you're in Bronze IV, the difference in skill level is so small that it'll be hard for you to carry yourself out in a hurry. You just have to put in a lot of games, get a little lucky, and eventually you'll pass the ceiling.
I started cruising through high Bronze and low Silver when I began playing support. I think Bronze is the best place to play a support champion. Being given the responsibility of controlling your team's vision is a lot more important here than anywhere else. In other leagues, if the support is clueless, the other players will ward appropriately. In Bronze, it's considered to be your job and you'll be the only one stuck to do it. So, I'd get double GP10 ASAP, and never leave the base without at least 5 wards on me. Supports like Nami also come with a lot of CC in their kit, and having that CC will allow you to completely control the flow of a teamfight or set up picks in the jungle.
Basically, switch through roles and figure out what you feel like you have the highest impact on, and just play a ton of games. If you're in solo queue, you need at least 3 comfort picks at every role. Playing more games will help you establish that. I'm in my promo series to Gold right now (although my MMR seems to be around Gold III), and I don't even call a role anymore.
