Not necessarily buffed, but changed. Instead of being burned (getting hurt 3 dmg every so seconds), you just get hurt back to back. Ex: I burn johnny, he stands there (in the fire, if he moves he doesnt get hurt) for 3 seconds and i dealt 6 damage. If he moved, he would be unburned. But it he stood there for like 2 seconds, he wouldve got 3 damage dealt.

For 30k, that still doesn't sound appealing.
