I was thinking that the PvP planets could get shops on them and maybe small levels, to make it more like a planet. Similar to classic's towers, each tower is in a zone/town and has some shops and NPCs around it all themed.
E.G. Iricia has a hat store, a robots store and a gun store which all are themed around water and ice, with a few NPC houses.
