Tyler, educate me about the intricacies of delay. What causes a person to delay? What are the factors?
Does every Japanese player delay because of the terrible internet service in Japan? Does every Australian player delay because Australia just isn't up to date with the latest technology? Teach me.
Do you know what space is? We have satellites way up in the sky. Sometimes communicating with those satellites can take hours, even days to ping back to the servers located here in the US. Why do you think that is? What's your best guess? How can that be applied to this situation?
