I must admit. The biggest reason why it is still there is because of me. I consider Graal City, for the most part, as "Holy Grounds" that I fully protect in not majorly altering. In particular, I do not want to remove JesusFreaks' house, the Bank, Burger Refuge, Azrael's club (not me), Zol's Pub, and the Battle Arena.

Yes the Bank has no purpose RIGHT NOW. But I can't let it go away, sorry. It is important to me - one of the main places people would congregate back in the day when I was a nooby.
